Alulu Brewery and Pub is looking for a part-time prep / line cook with the possibility of going full time this spring.

Join our team of craft beer, craft cocktail, and scratch cooking enthusiasts in Pilsen.

We are a small kitchen that relies heavily on each individual to handle many aspects of kitchen duties.

A well qualified candidate will have

• 1 year of prep or line cook experience and the basic cooking knowledge with the willingness to learn

• Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations

• Knowledge of basic food service sanitation

• Ability to follow recipes and precise measurements

• Knowledge of cooking stations including sauté, grill and fry

• Basic knife skills

Your responsibilities will include

• Preparing dressings and sauces

• Grinding meats and preparing patties

• Braising meats

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station

• Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served

• Cleaning duties

MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY SUNDAY, MONDAY AND TUESDAY 8AM TO 1PM FOR PREP SHIFTS
