Catering Assistant

We are looking for an organized, energetic Catering Assistant to help grow our catering business and execute special events.

This role handles everything from initial client emails and proposals to on-site event execution.

Responsibilities

Manage catering inquiry emails and draft client proposals.

Assist in acquiring, maintaining, and servicing catering customers.

Help organize and execute special events and catering orders.

Follow written and spoken directions to ensure event requirements are met.

Requirements

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team coordination.

Composure: Ability to multitask calmly and effectively under pressure.

Schedule: Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.

Physical: Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the restaurant (including stairs).

Lifting: Able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently, up to 40 lbs occasionally.
