Baker

We are a family owned bakery in the outer Richmond, Butter Love Bakeshop. We are San Francisco natives who are trying to maintain the native culture by being excellent hosts to all, especially those who love butter! We are hiring for a full time baker. Experience required. We specialize in pies but also make croissants, scones, cookies, and a variety of modern takes on old-fashioned, nostalgic desserts. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, strong work ethic, reliable, interested in community, and passionate about learning and baking. We offer medical benefits!

Job requirements

*must be able to read and speak English for ease of recipe use and communication

• must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

• must be punctual and considerate

• must be clean and organized and able to multitask

• must be friendly and willing to do a little if everything. We are a small staff so everyone does dishes.

• must be comfortable with cutting fruits and veggies and working with recipes.

• must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and able to wear a mask during your shift if necessary

• must be able to stand for 8+ hours shifts.

• must love butter!!
