Boutique Hotel in Yonkers, NY, We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive performance across all key departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner closely with ownership and the General Manager to elevate guest experience, team performance, and profitability.
What You’ll Own
Lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering
Ensure seamless coordination between departments and consistent service delivery
Drive revenue growth while managing costs and improving operational efficiency
Handle guest experience, escalations, and service recovery
Coach, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
Review financials, budgets, and KPIs; implement cost-saving strategies
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
Comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front
