Banquet Server Role

• What You’ll Do
•  Provide polished, attentive service throughout weddings and events
•  Serve pre-set meals and beverages (no order-taking required)
•  Carry trays of food, glassware, and dishes with confidence (training provided)
•  Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are event-ready
•  Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care
•  Work collaboratively with a large team to execute seamless events
• What We’re Looking For
•  Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required
•  Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
•  Comfortable with being frequently on their feet, walking, or standing
•  Able to quickly learn our menu items and meal service standards
•  Excellent communication and attention to detail
•  Comfortable lifting 40-50 lbs
•  Must be able to work weekends and nights

Schedule & Availability

•  Part-time, event-based scheduling
•  Shifts typically 6–8 hours, starting in the early afternoon
•  Events are primarily Friday–Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts
•  Schedules released monthly to support work-life balance
•  Minimum availability of 6 days per month, including weekends

Pay Range

•  $17.00-$25.00 DOE
