Job Summary Jacaranda Country Club in Plantation is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with at least one year food and beverage experience. Must be able to work weekends. Duties include preparing venue space, setting up tables and chairs, serving food and beverages to guests, clearing and resetting tables and assisting with cleanup. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines are a must. Job does require lifting and carrying of trays or food and drinks and standing for extended periods of time. Enjoy beautiful surroundings and a great working environment. Must be 18 years old. • Excellent guest services skills with a commitment to hospitality.
• Ability to build positive guest relations through effective communication.
• Experience in banquet service is a plus.
• Knowledge of bussing, food service, catering, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards.

Previous experience is highly desirable.
