We’re looking for an experienced Managing Bartender to lead bar operations, create a strong guest experience, and help grow our beverage program. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on behind the bar but also confident with leadership, training, and operational management.

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily bar operations and maintain smooth service during regular hours and events

-Lead bartending service during key events, especially Friday and Saturday nights

-Train new and existing bartenders on service standards, recipes, procedures, and customer experience

-Develop and maintain a creative cocktail program, including seasonal drinks, specialty cocktails, and featured menu items

-Manage liquor, beer, wine, and bar supply inventory

-Handle weekly ordering and maintain proper stock levels while controlling waste and costs

-Conduct weekly meetings with bartending staff and management to review operations, upcoming events, and performance

-Create and implement drink specials, promotions, and package deals to increase sales

-Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health/safety standards

-Assist with staffing schedules and support team accountability

-Work closely with ownership and management on improving service, increasing bar revenue, and enhancing customer retention

Qualifications

-Minimum 4 years of bartending management experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue

-Must hold a current TIPS Certification certification

-Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine service

-Experience managing inventory, ordering, and cost control

-Proven ability to train, supervise, and lead bar staff

-Availability to work evenings, weekends, and lead service during Friday and Saturday events

-Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills

-Ability to create cocktail menus, specials, and promotional drink programs that drive sales
