Barista / Cafe Crew

Santa Monica | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Baristas to join our team at our new cafe near the Santa Monica Pier.

Our cafe is fast-paced, upbeat, and customer-focused, serving both locals and visitors from around the world. In addition to coffee and specialty drinks, we also serve light breakfast items and grab-and-go food.

We are looking for team members who enjoy hospitality, working with people, and being part of a growing business.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages

Prepare and serve light breakfast food and grab-and-go items

Take customer orders and process payments

Keep the cafe clean, stocked, and organized

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Assist with opening and closing duties

Work efficiently during busy rushes

Qualifications

Some cafe or barista experience preferred

Friendly and positive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills

Weekend availability is a plus

Compensation

$19–$21/hour depending on experience
