Barista Position

I am looking for a barista with or without experience, willing to train the right candidate.

Being friendly and approachable is a very important aspect of this position. Most of our customers are regulars; they are lovely, and some are very chatty.

Basics of the position

Have informative and honest discussions about the products and options that are available. Ringing people up should be a conversation.

Multitasking multiple items and orders

Making espresso drinks on a semi-automatic espresso machine.

Cleaning: sweep, mop, take out trash, do dishes, etc.

Complete opening and closing duties efficiently

General inventory communication and restocking

Requirements

Work efficiently and complete projects

Ability to multitask under pressure

Genuine love for hospitality

Effective communication skills

Weekends availability.
