Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Clover as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in bars, restaurants, or cafes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and health regulations.

Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.

Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.

Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Educate new customer on the available range of products

Upsell various products to enhance optimal customer experience.

Experience

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.

Knowledge of kava and kratom products is preferred but not essential.

Familiarity with Clover POS, or similar systems is advantageous.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.

Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
