Bartender / Server (Hybrid Role) – Japanese Omakase & Cocktail Bar (East Village) We’re a high-energy, intimate omakase + cocktail bar in the East Village looking for a strong Bartender with Server experience to join our team immediately. This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone who’s comfortable behind the bar and on the floor, and who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. What We’re Looking For Bartending experience with solid knowledge of classic cocktails Server experience (you’ll be interacting closely with guests throughout service) Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-touch environment Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time Team player with a positive, professional attitude Bonus (Preferred but Not Required) Experience with Japanese cuisine or omakase service Knowledge or interest in sake What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and serving cocktails, sake, wine, and beer Providing attentive, personable service to guests at the bar and tables Assisting with service flow during omakase seating Maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area Helping create a welcoming, memorable guest experience About Us We offer a unique experience combining high-quality omakase with a full cocktail and sake program in a stylish, intimate setting.
