Bartender

We’re an agave-forward bar and restaurant dedicated to celebrating the rich traditions and bold flavors of tequila, mezcal, and other regional Mexican spirits. From inventive craft cocktails to educational tasting flights, we’re here to share the story of agave with every guest—and we’re looking for bartenders who are just as excited about that mission as we are.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating high-quality, balanced cocktails with a strong focus on agave spirits

Providing exceptional hospitality to every guest at the bar

Educating guests (when appropriate) about agave spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail selections

Managing bar prep, cleanliness, and organization during service

Collaborating with the bar team on seasonal menu development and spirit tastings

What We’re Looking For

2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting

Genuine interest and growing knowledge of agave spirits (tequila, mezcal, sotol, raicilla, etc.)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and hospitality skills

Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Bonus: Experience in agave-focused concepts or relevant certifications (but not required)
