Hiring Now We are seeking experienced bartenders who have a professional and positive attitude, enjoy working, have excellent work ethics, understand the importance of providing the best service to our customers and enjoy making good money! Must be honest, friendly, outgoing, responsible and reliable. Positions available at our Orland Park and Mokena locations. Bartender Responsibilities

• Be familiar with wines, bottled and draft beer.
• Know basic bar knowledge in mixers, portions, etc.
• Properly mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, etc, for cocktails and other drinks.
• Take and place food orders from customers at the bar.
• Close customers orders by cash and credit cards.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
• Complete drink orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
