Bartenders Wanted – High-Volume Beer Garden & Cocktail Program

We’re opening a new restaurant in Santa Rosa and are looking for experienced bartenders to join our team.

We’re a high-volume, family-friendly beer garden and pizzeria with a strong focus on craft beer and a streamlined, classic cocktail program. We’re building a team that can handle busy services while delivering consistent, high-quality drinks and great hospitality.

This role is best suited for bartenders who are comfortable working at pace, staying organized, and contributing to a professional bar environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executing beer and classic cocktails quickly and consistently

Handling high-volume service with efficiency and attention to detail

Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Assisting with prep and batching as needed

Working closely with a strong team during service

What We’re Looking For

Solid bartending experience (high-volume strongly preferred)

Confidence with classic cocktails and proper technique

Ability to stay organized and composed during busy shifts

Awareness of bar systems, prep, and workflow

Team-oriented with a professional mindset

Compensation & Benefits

$18.21/hr + tips (strong earning potential in a high-volume environment)

Consistent shifts available

Health insurance available (50% employer-paid after 90 days)
