East End is an indy neighborhood restaurant with nice folks to take care of and work with. We serve up great food and crafty cocktails in a high-caliber yet unstuffy, approachable way

We are looking for seasoned BARTENDERS to anchor our team!

We are looking for

• warm, engaged, reliable team players with a strong hospitality gene who genuinely appreciate and are knowledgable about quality food, wine, spirits and the dining experience

• folks who have at least 3 years of consistent, real-world experience commanding a craft-focused cocktail bar WITH coursed food service. Solid technique, a store of cocktail/spirits/wine knowledge, love for the details, a knack for connection and the ability to go pedal to the metal with grace are all essentials. This is a NOT an entry-level position. Be able to hit the ground running!

• A few different schedules on offer: 5 days, 3 days or 2 days. We are open Tu-Sa. Shift start 4pm.

• Aptitude for collaborative cocktail development

Duties include

• Original, classic and by request cocktail preparation as well as informed beer, wine and food service, forging relationships with our guests, along with the usual set-up/breakdown/stocking/batching/maintenance that bar keeping requires

• Must be able to stoop, bend, stand, move with speed and agility, use stairs, manage kegs and carry at least 40lbs. comfortably
