Benzina, an acclaimed Italian restaurant in Park Hill, is looking for a dedicated, hard-working Sous Chef to help run the kitchen with Chef Dani Bolognini. You will work with one of the best Italian chefs in the State of Colorado, so this is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of Italian cooking. You need at least three years of experience working in a high-volume restaurant, and you are ready to work around 50 hours a week. You will be working in an Open Kitchen, so you must be well-groomed and able to interact with customers. You also have to speak "Kitchen" Spanish.
