Brunch Chef

Precita Social is looking for a talented and experienced Brunch Chef to join our team and lead our weekend brunch service.

We are a busy neighborhood bistro with a focus on high-quality, approachable food, and our brunch is a key part of our identity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brunch cuisine, able to manage a fast-paced service, and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of brunch food preparation and execution (Friday-Tuesday availability preferred, with a strong focus on weekends).

• Develop and refine brunch menu items.

• Manage kitchen station and inventory for brunch service.

• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.

• Work collaboratively with the FOH team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in strong restaurant environments, with a focus on brunch/breakfast cookery.

• Proven ability to manage a busy service.

• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and ingredient quality.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
