• We are a busy neighborhood Italian restaurant in the Springdale section of Stamford looking for experienced restaurant professionals who can work in a true team environment.

Because we are a smaller restaurant with a pooled house system, everyone must be willing to wear multiple hats at times — including bussing, running food, helping with takeout, supporting coworkers, cleaning as you go, and maintaining strong service standards throughout the shift. Available Positions Busser / Food Runner / Expo Support

• Prior restaurant experience preferred

• Packing takeout orders accurately
• Running food
• Bussing/resetting tables
• Assisting the kitchen and front of house flow
• $15/hr plus portion of tip pool
• Great opportunity to grow into serving

Server

• Strong serving experience required

• Must handle fast-paced dinner service professionally
• Friday and Saturday night availability required
• Additional weekday shifts available

Server/Bartender

• Extremely experienced candidates only
• Must be confident behind the bar and on the floor
• Able to follow systems and direction
• Team-first mentality is a MUST
• Clean, organized, and professional under pressure
• No ego / no “not my job” attitude

Important We are a pooled house. Tips are shared daily based on hours worked and position. This system only works when everyone contributes and supports each other. Some slower shifts may be shorter, so local applicants are strongly preferred. We are located next to the Springdale train station.

• We currently have Friday and Saturday night server shifts opening within the next two weeks.
