Key Responsibilities

*Assisting the head butcher with meat preparation, cutting, and sausage making

*Packaging and labeling meat products

*Operating and cleaning meat processing equipment

*Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

*Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

About Olivier’s Butchery

We are a French Butchery founded with a passion for delicious, fresh food while also having great care for the environment, animals, and our customers.

Our dedication to quality in what we do brings us to select the highest quality of meats. We select our products in person several times per week, guaranteeing that only the highest quality products are available to our customers. We work with producers using sustainable methods, so the impact of the products we offer will linger only on our customers’ palates and not the land.

We utilize the whole carcass of the animals and practice old-world methods to select and age every piece to order. Our customers can pre-order their favorite cuts or stop by the shop and choose from our ever changing selection of the freshest products.

We thrive on bringing the tradition of local butchery into the flowering community of Dogpatch, reminding people of a wholesome time when food was fresh, and families gathered around the dinner table.
