Job Description

Charleys Philly Steak in Santa Rosa is hiring for a full-time team member positions with a starting pay of $20 per hour. We are looking for a responsible, easy-going, and punctual individual to join our team. No prior experience is needed - we provide comprehensive training to all our employees. If you enjoy working in a very fast-paced environment and have a passion for great food and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

-Assist in food preparation and cook

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

-Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

-Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic

-Easy-going attitude and ability to work well in a team

-Punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

-Food experience required; we provide training on-the-job
