Cold Station Cook (Catering)
Position Summary
Russo’s Hospitality is looking for a Cold Station Cook with at least 2 years of experience. This role focuses on preparing and presenting cold dishes and appetizers for large catering events. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and works well in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Stock and set up the station for service
Prepare and assemble cold dishes and appetizers following recipes
Ensure food is presented neatly and attractively
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Follow all cleanliness and food safety standards
Work as part of a team with a positive attitude
Requirements
At least 2 years of cold station experience
Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
Strong attention to detail and organization
Position Details
Full-Time and Part-Time available
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
