Colorado Sake Co. is Denver's only sake brewery — we brew award-winning craft sake, run an izakaya kitchen, and host a packed events calendar (comedy, burlesque, jazz, dim sum brunch, and more). We're growing our team and looking for good people who take their work seriously and actually enjoy showing up.

Food Runner / Back Waiter | $16.27/hr | Part-Time

Run food and support servers & bartenders during service

Help maintain a clean, stocked, organized dining room

Greet and seat guests as needed

Assist with opening and closing duties

Must be available evenings & weekends

Restaurant or hospitality experience a plus

Sushi Chef | $19–$24/hr | Full or Part-Time

Work our front-of-house sushi bar in full view of guests

Solid sushi prep skills and Japanese technique required

Izakaya / small plates experience highly valued

Lead weekend specials and bring your own creative flair

Positive, team-first attitude — no toxic kitchen energy here

Line Cook | $19–$24/hr | Full or Part-Time

Evening/night shifts in a fast-paced izakaya kitchen

Strong knife skills, sanitation knowledge, and work ethic required

Japanese cooking experience not required — we'll teach you

Help design weekend specials and contribute creatively

Zero-waste kitchen philosophy (yes, even the dumpling fillings)
