Cooks - We are here to train, if you are here to listen. This is going to be a fast paced kitchen and all hands on deck. Spanish a plus. also, we are an open kitchen. so maintaining yourself is also a must. must have some experience and your own knives. we are training you to be chefs, not cooks for the rest of your life. we promote from with in, if our line chefs step up and can run the show. This is not what you see on TV, which means, hot fast paced kitchens! 16+ an hour depending on experience
