In this role, you’ll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurely checked in and ready for the next rental.

Wh You’ll Do

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurely, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.

Wh We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, da entry)
• Effective verbal communicion skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing gre service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United Stes
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
