We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our team.

Friday 7:30 am- 8:30 PM

Saturday 12:30 PM- 8:30

Sunday 12:30 PM- 8:30 PM

The Dishwasher is vital to our kitchen's efficiency, ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are spotless and sanitized to support our cooks and servers.

Responsibilities:Dishwashing: Wash all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using an industrial dishwasher.Sanitization: Maintain a clean and sanitized dish area throughout the shift.Organization: Stack, sort, and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated storage areas.Kitchen Cleaning: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean workstations, and sanitize kitchen appliances.Waste Management: Monitor trash cans, removing waste and breaking down boxes, ensuring the dumpster area is kept tidy.Support: Assist with basic food prep tasks or inventory stocking as requested by the chef or kitchen manager.Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required.Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot/damp environment.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
