Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after 500 hours of employment. Paid Time Off is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 26 hours worked.

Must be able to work nights and weekends, have good communication skills, be professional, friendly and be

able to work cooperatively with teammates and management.

Our hours of operation are

11:00AM to 9:00PM Sunday through Thursday

11:00AM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday

AM shifts start at 8:00AM to 4:00PM

PM shifts start at 2:00PM to 10:00PM

Dishwashers

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of plate ware, flatware, storage pans and pots as well as stocking up

the line with clean plates and cooking equipment. Additional responsibilities include operating dish machine

and using cleaning solutions and chemicals.

Need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to follow instructions, be professional and highly

motivated. Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds of products, supplies and equipment.

Line Cooks

Responsible for safely preparing, cooking and properly storing food, supplies and equipment.

Must be able to respond to directions and ticket orders quickly and accurately, work quickly under pressure,

follow instructions and adapt accordingly.

2+ years of line cook experience preferred though we are willing to invest time into training the right person

with little to no experience.

Prep Cooks

Responsible for preparing sauces, dressings and soups using raw ingredients up to company recipe specs and

Chef’s standards. Working with lead prep cooks and Sous Chefs on slicing, dicing, chopping of vegetables,

roasted meats and portioning.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks, smell and taste to determine integrity, freshness, and proper seasoning.

Shifts start from 7AM to 3PM daily.

Skills and expectations for all

-Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot

environment.

-Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology (email &

texting) and possess a working cell phone.

-Candidates must have or be ready to attain a Washington State Food Worker Card and reliable transportation.

-Strong communication skills, be friendly, flexible, willing to learn and jump in where needed.
