Event Bartender

We’re looking to hire temporary part-time employees to support the demand of our pop-up. Our Event Bartenders are critical members of our team, whose responsibility it is to support and represent Bar 326 and EBs Beer & Wine. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hard-working AND passionate about craft beer. This is a Temporary part time hourly position (June 17-21st) What we're looking for in a candidate

• Has experience pouring, serving, and selling beer and wine.
• Has an enthusiastic interest in, and knowledge of craft beer and wine.
• Has a strong work ethic and enjoys working as part of a unified team.
• Enjoys talking to people from all walks of life and communicates well.
• THIS IS A Temporary Part-time to work on JUNE 17 - 21, 2026.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Pours tasters, pints, and pitchers.
• Keeps bar/service area, coolers and storerooms clean and stocked.
• Clearly communicates to manager on an ongoing basis.
• Maintains familiarity with beer and wine offerings.
• Maintains familiarity with POS and bar policies and procedures.
• Assists patrons with knowledgeable beer and wine sales.
• Accurate operation of point-of-sale systems and cash-handling.
• Familiar with how to accurately check IDs of patrons for legal drinking age and ID validity.
• Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintains familiarity with liquor laws and responsible serving practices in CA.
• Physical ability to lift 35/40lbs; moving cases of wine/beer and occasionally kegs.
• Previous experience serving alcohol responsibly is preferred.
• ServSafe and RBS certified or willing to attain certifications in a timely manner.
• Serving Certifications or Beer Cicerone is a plus!
• Must be 21+
