Copa Fruits is a growing wellness-focused beverage company specializing in cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, fresh fruit cups, and seasonal fruit-based products. We participate in farmers markets, festivals, hotel pop-ups, and community events throughout the Seattle area and are looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our growing event team.

About the Role

We are hiring for an Event Sales Associate / Lead position for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can confidently represent our brand at events. This role combines customer service, sales, event setup, and team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down event booths, displays, and equipment

Provide friendly, high-energy customer service

Educate customers about products and ingredients

Process transactions using POS systems (Square experience is a plus)

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing booth setups

Track inventory and assist with restocking

Support event operations and team coordination

Represent the Copa Fruits brand professionally at all times

Qualifications

Weekend availability is required

Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather

Ability to lift and carry equipment/coolers (up to 50 lbs)

Reliable transportation required- SUV or truck preferred for transporting equipment

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance preferred

WA Food Worker Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus
