Event staff needed for festivals, fairs, outdoor events

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic to join our events team! In this role, you will be working out of a food booth at outdoor events like street fairs, festivals, fairs, concerts and outdoor markets.

Responsibilities

Setting up and breaking down food booths including floor tarps, canopies, mesh walls, signage, flags.

Setting up and breaking down electrical and propane powdered cooking equipment.

Popping, seasoning and bagging popcorn along with other menu items.

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques.

Provide friendly, attentive customer service to guests.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Work as a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service.

Qualifications

No previous experience necessary.

Reliable form of transportation.

Available on weekends and holidays.

Prompt and arrive ready to work.

Positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
