Experienced Bar Manager (Coffee + Cocktails + Events)

• Busy, multi-service bar/café seeking a hands-on Bar Manager who can run the bar and manage private events.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone experienced, organized, and confident leading a team.

• All shifts available – must have flexible availability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing daily bar operations
• Actively working behind the bar preparing coffee drinks, cocktails, and other beverages during service
• Overseeing cocktail program and bar execution
• Hiring, training, and managing staff
• Scheduling + shift coverage
• Inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Opening & amp; closing procedures
• Planning and executing private events
• Communicating directly with event clients
• Maintaining high service standards at all times

Requirements (Please Do Not Apply Without These)

• Previous Bar Manager or strong Lead Bartender experience

Solid barista skills

• Cocktail knowledge and ability to work high-volume service
• Event coordination or private event management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

• Highly organized and reliable
• Available mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
