Experienced Cocktail Server Saturday Nights

• The Little Shop LLC is hiring an experienced cocktail server for Saturday nights with potential for 1-2 weekdays added during busy season.

Requirements

• Consistent and reliable availability Saturday nights; weekday flexibility is plus.
• Previous experience in a high volume cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits; comfortable with providing guidance to ordering customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests. Kind service and patience is a priority.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; comfortable carrying trays of cocktails in crowded spaces.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tables simultaneously while keeping service organized and timely.
• Ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with all other staff members throughout entire shift.
• Experience with POS systems (we use Square specifically); process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritize cleanliness and efficiency.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is a bonus, but not required.
