We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Executive Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding and strong technical background in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, with the ability to execute and oversee elevated, high-volume culinary operations across multiple locations.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience in reputable kitchens, with demonstrated expertise in menu execution, staff training, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Executive Chef will work closely with our executive team to ensure that all culinary programs meet our brand expectations and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Run 2 locations
Lead and support kitchen teams across several restaurant locations
Ensure consistent execution of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes at a high standard
Oversee daily operations, including quality control, inventory, and staff supervision
Assist with menu development, seasonal updates, and culinary innovation
Train, motivate, and mentor culinary staff
Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Preferred Skills
Pastry knowledge is considered a strong advantage
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and team-management skills
Requirements
Must speak fluent English
Must be able to travel within the United States as needed
Must be able to drive throughout Los Angeles, specifically between Brentwood and Beverly Hills
