Job Requirements

*Greet guests warmly upon arrival

*Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

*Coordinate seating flow with management and service staff

*Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries

*Maintain a polished and professional front entrance

*Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming first impression

*Assist with private dining and special event guest coordination when needed

Qualifications

*Previous host or restaurant experience is required

*OpenTable or reservation system experience is a plus

*Strong communication and multitasking skills

*Professional appearance and positive attitude

*Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

*Team-oriented mindset with strong hospitality skills
