FOOD PREP Shift Leader – House of Bagels (Colma)

House of Bagels is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Shift Leader to join our team!

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can help manage daily operations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be available to start ASAP

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Food Handler Certification required

Experience with food preparation

Grill experience preferred

Comfortable helping with inventory and stocking

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Positive attitude and team player mentality

Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

Oversee shift operations and support staff

Prepare food and assist on the grill when needed

Provide friendly and professional customer service

Help maintain cleanliness and organization

Assist with inventory management and restocking

Ensure food safety standards are followed

Compensation: $21.50 an hour + tips (aprox $3-$4 an hour plus)

Hours Available: 25-30 hours a week

Interviews: Phone interview followed by In Person interview
