SUMMARY: The Food Runner is responsible for properly setting the restaurant up for service. This associate is responsible for getting food items, plateware, glassware, and flatware to guests in a timely manner and return dirty plates and linens to the designated kitchen areas. This associate will stock all designated areas with glassware, plateware, and supplies.
