Food Truck Operator

Established food truck seeking an experienced line cook/customer service employee.

You must be able to perform in a fast paced setting. Most shifts are solo shifts except for the weekends so you will need to know the ins and outs of managing the entire truck, including propane hookups, water disbursement, oil/grease removal etc.

Food handlers certificate is a must.

Reliable transportation strongly preferred.

Duties include, taking customer orders, preparing all food, prepping condiments and supplies as needed, expediting food, and clean up at close.

Employee is expected to have good communication and people skills as well as strong problem solving abilities.
