Flour & Branch is seeking warm, polished, hospitality-driven team members to join our South Park café as we enter an exciting new chapter.
This role is a blend of barista, concierge, and floor service — ideal for someone who genuinely loves taking care of people and creating memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, calm under pressure, and excited to be part of an elevated hospitality environment centered around beautiful food, pastries, coffee, desserts, and community.
Position Details
-Full-time position
-Start Date: June 3, 2026
-Paid training to begin the week prior
Schedule
-Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
-Saturday–Sunday: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Compensation: $20–21/hour + tips
PTO offered for full-time employees

Responsibilities
-Welcome guests and create a warm, seamless customer experience from start to finish
-Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and café offerings with consistency and care
-Take guest orders accurately and confidently communicate menu offerings
-Run food and beverages throughout service
-Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts while following health and safety standards
-Clean and reset tables, service areas, and guest-facing spaces as needed
-Assist with packaging pastries, retail items, and to-go orders
-Anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction feels thoughtful and hospitable
-Help maintain a polished, inviting atmosphere throughout service
-Support brunch, supper, dessert, and special event programming as the brand expands
Ideal Candidate
-Has experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or customer service
-Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining warmth and professionalism
-Has strong communication and multitasking skills
-Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and presentation
-Is proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
-Loves food, coffee, pastries, design, and hospitality culture
-Is excited to grow with a highly creative and evolving hospitality brand
