$27 per hour + bonuses

We are looking for a Front of House Manager who can run service, lead a team, and bring structure to a fast paced restaurant.

This is a hands on role for someone who takes ownership and holds a high standard.

Jo’s Modern Thai is a busy Thai Californian restaurant in Oakland focused on strong service, consistency, and team culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead front of house during lunch and dinner

Control pacing, seating, and service flow

Build weekly FOH schedule and manage labor

Respond to guest reviews and handle guest issues

Train staff and maintain service standards

Manage FOH inventory and ordering

What We’re Looking For

2+ years restaurant experience

2+ year in a leadership role

Strong communication and organization

Able to lead a team in a fast paced environment

Weekend availability required

Compensation

$27 per hour starting

Performance bonuses

60 day review with a clear path to $30+ based on performance
