Moby’s is back for the season. We’re hiring Front of House across all positions for our East Hampton location at 341 Pantigo Road, just off the road to Montauk. Set in a restored 1880s property, Moby’s has become a summer staple: high volume, high energy, and a team that knows how to move. Long nights, full gardens, big tables, and a room that’s alive from open to close. The food is coastal Italian, wood-fired pizza, pasta, and seasonal dishes, built for the way people actually want to eat in the summer.
