We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hard-working team members with prior customer service or bakery/café experience.

Position: Bakery Counter Associate

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour plus tips

Schedule: Full-time

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, bakery, café, restaurant, or food service

Friendly and professional attitude

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Open availability preferred

Responsibilities include

Assisting customers with bakery purchases

Packing pastries, cakes, and other bakery items

Taking orders accurately

Restocking displays and supplies

Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the counter

Supporting the team during busy service periods
