New American restaurant in Long Island City seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our team.

In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes consistently and with attention to detail

• Follow recipes and kitchen systems with precision

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

• Work collaboratively with the team across all areas of service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years line cook experience

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Clean, organized, and professional

• Complying with DOH standards

• WEEKENDS A MUST!!!

• SATURDAY & SUNDAY BRUNCH A MUST!!!!

Must Have Experience Working In A Fast Paced Kitchen!!!!!
