Genero’s Deli: Sous Chefs/ Line Cooks wanted

We are looking for a sous chef and line cooks for our very busy deli. Our Italian/American sandwiches are made to order with scratch ingredients and house made and imported meats.

Responsibilities-

-Develop weekly specials, new processes, and late night menus

-Manage inventory

-Work directly with customers and cook on both hot and cold lines

-Brine, butcher, pickle, and roast meats and veggies

Comps-

-$22/hour plus tips (~$10-17/hr in tips)

-free lunch
