Happy Hour Bartender - Creative Opportunity

Alma Bar Cocina a new Restaurant in Uptown has an immediate opening for a Happy Hour Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone friendly, professional and high-energy who can curate a great vibe for our guests. The Role

• Collaborative Mixology: Work directly with the owner to build a fresh innovative cocktail menu.

Hospitality: Make cocktails for a restaurant that seats 49 max. Serve drinks and light food at our 6-8 seat bar.

• Operations: Manage inventory, place orders and maintain a clean and organized bar space.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours: Thu–Sat, 5pm–9pm (Potential for more hours as demand grows)
• Pay: $18/hour + tips (drinks + food served at bar) Take-home cash tips (BOH tip-out on food tips encouraged) Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available (sales growth + pour cost management).

Requirements

• If you are a team player who loves executing standout cocktails and providing great service, we want to meet you. Previous experience with inventory and menu development is a major plus.
