​AZC13 Food is a premier culinary partner for the online meal subscription service CookUnity.

We are currently seeking dedicated, hardworking Cold Plating & Prep Associates to help us deliver high-quality, chef-crafted meals to our customers.

​As a Plating Specialist, you are the final touchpoint for our product. You will ensure every meal is portioned accurately and packaged beautifully, maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

​Key Role Details

​Primary Environment: The plating process takes place in a large refrigerated room.

Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for the duration of their shift.

​Primary Focus: High-volume portioning and plating.

​Secondary Focus: Assisting the kitchen team with ingredient prep (chopping, measuring, and sauce preparation).

​Responsibilities

​Precision Plating: Accurately portion and plate prepared ingredients into containers for delivery.

​Culinary Prep: Assist cooks by chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and preparing sauces according to company recipes.

​Quality Control: Ensure all food meets aesthetic and safety standards.

​Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all food safety guidelines.

​Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production.

​Qualifications

​Resilience: Ability to work in a cold-storage environment (essential).

​Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods.

​Experience: Previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred.

​Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced setting.

​Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred, though Spanish speakers are welcome regardless of English fluency.
