High Point Creamery Shift Lead

High Point Creamery is looking for Shift Leads for all our Denver locations.

We’re building a strong leadership team to support our shops, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy working with a team and creating great customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

-Lead shifts and support daily shop operations

-Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

-Help train and support team members

-Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

-Assist with opening and closing duties

-Help keep the team motivated and working smoothly during busy shifts

Qualifications

-Must be 18 years of age or older

-Able to work evenings and weekends

-Self-motivated and dependable

-Comfortable leading a team and taking initiative

-Ability to stay organized and positive during busy shifts
