LELÉ KITCHEN – a well-established, 47-seat restaurant in Los Gatos is seeking a talented and passionate Captain. Our expansion of patio dinning requires an exceptional new team member. Our concept blends California farm-to-table menu with nostalgic Eastern European flavors, paired exclusively with California-made beverages. Opportunity for growth into Lead Captain and Assistant Beverage Director roles is available for the right candidate.

HOURS: opening at 5:00 PM

Thursday – last reservation at 8:45 PM

Friday – last reservation at 8:45 PM

Saturday– last reservation at 8:45 PM

Sunday – last reservation at 8:45 PM

Monday – last reservation at 8:45 PM

Tuesday – closed

Wednesday – closed

We’re Looking For

• Experience in the fine dining establishments;

• Strong knowledge of different types of ingredients and beverages;

• Ability to upsell and recommend wine pairings;

• Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;

• Certification or training in sommelier studies is a plus;

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US;

• California Food Handler Card;

• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate;
