Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Beer Enthusiast and Hospitality Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by showcasing your passion for beer and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Beer Education: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our beer offerings, including the flavor profiles, brewing processes, and brewing regions. Convey this knowledge to guests through engaging conversations and enthusiastic recommendations.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to all customers

• Beer Pairing Expertise: Assist guests with pairing beers with our delicious selection of sausages to enhance their dining experience.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure proper cleanliness standards are met throughout the bar area, including glassware hygiene, draft system maintenance, bar equipment cleanliness, etc.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for beer - you should genuinely love learning about new beers!

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure, while still providing outstanding customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to engage in meaningful conversations about beer and food pairing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
