As our guests’ first point of contact, you’ll set the stage for a memorable visit by ensuring every detail is infused with warmth, energy, and professionalism. From greeting guests with a smile to providing essential information and assisting with seating, your role is essential in delivering a top-notch experience. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and seat them promptly.
• Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest flow efficiently.
• Provide details about our venue, events, and menu offerings.
• Ensure guests are seated in their designated areas for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an energetic and inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette, customer service best practices, and health & safety regulations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be available weekends, able to work 32+ hours weekly, and ready to start within one week of hire.
