Hostess & Food Runners Upscale Restaurant & Lounge

We are currently seeking experienced, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our front-of-house team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant or nightlife environment and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you. Host / Hostess & Food Runner Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Manage reservations, including making, adjusting, and confirming bookings
• Coordinate seating arrangements and large party accommodations
• Maintain the overall flow, ambiance, and guest experience of the restaurant
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, drinks, and specials
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist in managing the host team and supporting waitstaff to ensure smooth service
• Create and maintain host/hostess schedules
• Deliver food promptly and accurately while ensuring presentation standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• English speaking required

Server Requirements Minimum 2 years of restaurant/nightclub experience

• Strong hospitality and customer service background
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge
• Food Handler’s License is a plus
• Attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety
