What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of retail or customer service management experience
- A natural leader who leads by example and earns the respect of their team
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills — you help people grow
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Someone who stays calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure
What to Expect
- Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
- Flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
