What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail or customer service management experience

• A natural leader who leads by example and earns the respect of their team

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills — you help people grow

• A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively

• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Someone who stays calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure

What to Expect

• Full-time position, 40+ hours per week

• Flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
